TEACHER TRAINING STAFF
Carrie G. +
As a lifelong athlete, Carrie has always enjoyed pushing her body and spirit to the edge. This edge found a deeper challenge when she was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2005, just a year after her youngest daughter was born. Through four years of chemotherapy, she completed two marathons and began her training as a yoga instructor. Carrie completed 500 hours of teacher training and continues to challenge limits while finding peace through whatever life holds both on and off the mat. She works with people of all ages and abilities in teaching a playful, empowering and challenging power yoga class.**
Christine V. +
Christine brings a holistic approach to her yoga practice and classes with the intent to seek calm, centering, and connection. Through her vinyasa style classes, you’ll experience movement of your body and energy through the asanas, guided affirmations for your mind, and music that invigorates the spirit.
Christine Voice is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga on the Lake, 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Lifetime Yoga under leadership of Jonny Kest, and Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) certification with a focus on trauma through Yoga Ed.
