We are committed to bringing you the best, and we offer workshops and special events throughout the year. They include beginners series, yoga boot camps, celebrity yoga instructor workshops, vibrational sound healing, yoga for athletes, partner yoga, Thai yoga massage and more. Night and weekend series classes will present something for everyone with such offerings as yoga for mom and babies and kids/youth/teen yoga. All sessions will be led by certified Yoga on the Lake teachers, registered by Yoga Alliance.
TEA CEREMONY WORKSHOP: SENSORY REFLECTION & SHARED WARMTH
Saturday, March 14 | 1:30–2:45 pm
Tea Ceremony: Sensory Reflection, Journaling, & Shared Warmth
Together, we will explore the healing properties of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper—spices long honored across cultures for their ability to support digestion and overall well-being.
With each spice, you’ll be invited to slow down and engage the senses—observing aroma, texture, taste, and the sensations that arise in the body.
Gentle reflection questions will be offered to help you notice your experience and the energetic qualities of each spice. Time will be given to journal, allowing insights, emotions, or intentions to surface naturally.
As we move through the ceremony, we’ll weave moments of quiet reflection with shared presence.
In closing, we will come together to sip the warming tea we’ve prepared, receiving its nourishment in community and connection.

QUIET EMERGENCE: A REFLECTIVE SOUNDBATH EVENT
Sunday, March 15 | 2–2:45 pm
In mid-March, growth is not loud. It does not announce itself, but instead stirs quietly beneath the surface. Join us for Quiet Emergence, an immersive sound bath overlooking Woodlake — a space to rest, soften, and reconnect with the subtle becoming already unfolding within you.
This experience is an invitation to pause in the in-between. To honor the season before bloom. To trust that even in stillness, something sacred is taking root.
As crystal singing & Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and grounding tones wash through the space, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation where the nervous system can settle and clarity can rise naturally — like calm water reflecting the sky.
Come as you are. Leave feeling steady, spacious, and quietly ready.
All are welcome. No experience needed.
You may bring blankets, pillows, or other items that maximize comfort.
SHAMROCK SHAKEUP

VIBRATIONAL SOUND HEALING MEDITATION WORKSHOP
Saturday, March 21 | 7–8:30pm
Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of two Paiste gongs tuned to the planets Uranus and Jupiter. Uranus to balance emotions and hormones. Jupiter to open and nourish the heart center.
Based on ancient wisdom, the gong vibrates at the same frequency as the body allowing the body to heal itself. The gong balances the central nervous system and aids in deep meditation.
Singing crystal and Tibetan bowls will also be added to raise the vibration and heighten the experience.

Jenny Bergold (Jagatjeet Kaur) started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny's classes focus on the mind and meditation, healing the body through asana, and uplifting the spirit through inspiration.
HOT 26 DEEP DIVE WORKSHOP: POSTURE

Join us for a deep dive into the traditional Hot 26 practice!
In this workshop, you'll learn the intentions behind the set-sequence, explore nuances of the postures, and become familiar with the vast benefits offered through this meditative practice.
This 90-minute workshop is geared towards all-levels of experience and ideal for any yogi seeking to start or deepen their personal practice.
SUNRISE YOGA AT KOHLER WATERS SPA
March 31, April 28, May 26, June 30, July 28, & August 25 | 6:15–7:15am | $50 per session
Awaken your mind and body with a gentle morning flow during our Sunrise Yoga session at Kohler Waters Spa on the fourth floor. Enjoy a calming, guided practice designed to ease you into the day with intention, breath, and movement.
After class, extend your morning restoration with complimentary access to the spa amenities, including relaxation spaces, pools, and thermal experiences. Guests will also be treated to a wellness smoothie to nourish and refresh post‑practice.
As a special bonus, the first five registrants will receive a complimentary session in our new Ammortal Chamber, an innovative wellness experience designed to elevate recovery and rejuvenation. Let Yoga on the Lake come to you. We offer private yoga sessions customized to fit your age and group size. We work will all age groups and fitness backgrounds, including beginner yoga, partner yoga and yoga for athletes. Yoga is a great way to meet new people, increase confidence, flexibility and focus. Yoga on the Lake offers specialized classes geared for toddlers, kids, tweens, teens and adults.
