Upcoming Workshops & Events

We are committed to bringing you the best, and we offer workshops and special events throughout the year. They include beginners series, yoga boot camps, celebrity yoga instructor workshops, vibrational sound healing, yoga for athletes, partner yoga, Thai yoga massage and more. Night and weekend series classes will present something for everyone with such offerings as yoga for mom and babies and kids/youth/teen yoga. All sessions will be led by certified Yoga on the Lake teachers, registered by Yoga Alliance.


SUNRISE YOGA AT KOHLER WATERS SPA

June 30, July 28, & August 25 | 6:15–7:15am | $50 per session
Awaken your mind and body with a gentle morning flow during our Sunrise Yoga session at Kohler Waters Spa on the fourth floor. Enjoy a calming, guided practice designed to ease you into the day with intention, breath, and movement.

After class, extend your morning restoration with complimentary access to the spa amenities, including relaxation spaces, pools, and thermal experiences. Guests will also be treated to a wellness smoothie to nourish and refresh post‑practice.

As a special bonus, the first five registrants will receive a complimentary session in our new Ammortal Chamber, an innovative wellness experience designed to elevate recovery and rejuvenation. VIBRATIONAL SOUND HEALING MEDITATION WORKSHOP

June 13 | 7 -8:30pm | $35

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of two Paiste gongs tuned to the planets Uranus and Jupiter. Uranus to balance emotions and hormones. Jupiter to open and nourish the heart center.
Based on ancient wisdom, the gong vibrates at the same frequency as the body allowing the body to heal itself. The gong balances the central nervous system and aids in deep meditation.
Singing crystal and Tibetan bowls will also be added to raise the vibration and heighten the experience.

Ever wonder how someone ends up looking like a pretzel or a graceful statue balancing on one leg?

This 75 min workshop takes an all levels approach to learning how to safely bind and mindfully move into standing balances with and without props.

BREATHE INTO RESTFUL SLEEP WORKSHOP

June 17 | 7-8pm

A gentle, guided breathing experience to relax and unwind into deep, restful sleep...

Through a sequence of slow, easeful breathing patterns, participants are supported in shifting out of stress and tension into the parasympathetic "rest and restore" state - making it easier to fall asleep naturally.

This practice is gentle, practical, safe and accessible for everyone.

You’ll leave with simple techniques you can use before bed, or upon waking in the middle of the night, to release tension, quiet racing thoughts and support consistent, restful sleep.

FOUNDATIONS OF PRANAYAMA WORKSHOP: BREATHWORK SIMPLIFIED

Pranayama is more than “breath control” — it’s a direct pathway into the nervous system.

In this workshop we’ll simplify the science behind breathing patterns and explore how the way you breathe shapes your energy, focus, and state of being. You’ll learn how different styles of breath influence the body and how to work with them intentionally.

Blending traditional patterns with modern physiology, this session offers both practical understanding and felt experience. Through guided practices you’ll explore simple tools to regulate your nervous system, steady your mind, and access a deeper sense of balance through breath.

All levels welcome.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK WORKSHOP WITH JON ORSINI

June 18 | 7-8:30pm

Activate, Awaken, Embody

Clear stuck energy, stress and anxiety from the body while releasing old patterns that no longer serve you. Create space to embody new vibration, higher levels of consciousness, creativity, authenticity and self-expression.

In this music supported experience - through intentional, sustained breathing and integration you will:

- Activate inner awareness
- Awaken insight and intuition from a deeper source of wisdom
- Embody authenticity and clarity - your most realized self

All sessions are trauma-informed and guided with choice and agency

Preparation:

  • Arrive 15 minutes early for a prompt start. There is no late entry.

  • Dress comfortably and avoid a heavy meal 2 hours prior to the session

  • For increased comfort, you may bring an extra layer as temperature shifts are common

  • Bring water, journal & pen

Contraindications:

  • Somatic Breathwork can be powerful and at times emotionally or physically activating. This process is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy.

  • It is not appropriate for individuals that are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure, stroke, seizures or epilepsy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or significant psychiatric conditions.

  • If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician.

  • Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.

Come together on the longest day of the year and explore what the land is offering on the Summer Solstice.

Saunter through the woods quietly immersing your senses in the language of the forest.

Strengthen your roots through a guided meditation on the yoga platform held gently by the plants and trees.

Complete the experience at the Baths connecting through conversation and a complimentary cocktail or mocktail as the sun winks goodbye over the horizon.

FATHERS DAY GUIDED HIKE & SOCIAL

June 21 | 10:30-12pm

Join us for this special Father's Day Celebration!

Meet your guide at the Blackwolf Run Clubhouse under the outdoor portico where we will begin our walk to explore the 500-acre River Wildlife wilderness preserve.

The guided hike will run 10:30-11:30am and end at The Baths for ice cream sandwiches. Additional food and beverage items will be available for purchase if desired.

We suggest that you dress in layers depending on the weather and wear comfortable shoes that can get dirty.

Yoga in Your School
Let Yoga on the Lake come to you. We offer private yoga sessions customized to fit your age and group size. We work will all age groups and fitness backgrounds, including beginner yoga, partner yoga and yoga for athletes. Yoga is a great way to meet new people, increase confidence, flexibility and focus. Yoga on the Lake offers specialized classes geared for toddlers, kids, tweens, teens and adults.

Let Yoga on the Lake come to you. Bring some Zen to the middle of your workday. We offer private yoga sessions customized to fit your needs and group size. Mats and music are available upon request. Practice of mindfulness improves employee work performance, productivity and motivation. Yoga helps to boost job satisfaction, positive thinking and reduces stress and back pain.
