We are committed to bringing you the best, and we offer workshops and special events throughout the year. They include beginners series, yoga boot camps, celebrity yoga instructor workshops, vibrational sound healing, yoga for athletes, partner yoga, Thai yoga massage and more. Night and weekend series classes will present something for everyone with such offerings as yoga for mom and babies and kids/youth/teen yoga. All sessions will be led by certified Yoga on the Lake teachers, registered by Yoga Alliance.

Live your Best Life 2025. Join us for Complimentary Playful All-Levels Yoga benefiting the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
This playful yoga for all levels and ages will be taught by Christine Voice, Studio Manager and parent of a Children's Hospital of Wisconsin patient.
For every $2 donated through this online campaign, Thrivent will add $1, up to an additional $10,000.

KARMA YOGA AT RIVERBEND

Flow with purpose on the Riverbend Lawn during this uplifting outdoor yoga class. Open to all levels, this donation-based practice supports United Way’s Providing Access to Healing Mental Health Initiative, helping expand access to mental health care in our local community.

VIBRATIONAL SOUND HEALING MEDITATION
Sunday, August 24 | 7–8:30pm | $35
Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of two Paiste gongs tuned to the planets Uranus and Jupiter. Uranus to balance emotions and hormones. Jupiter to open and nourish the heart center.
Based on ancient wisdom, the gong vibrates at the same frequency as the body allowing the body to heal itself. The gong balances the central nervous system and aids in deep meditation.
Singing crystal and Tibetan bowls will also be added to raise the vibration and heighten the experience.

Jenny Bergold (Jagatjeet Kaur) started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny discovered yoga to calm the body and strengthen the mind. Jenny has her 200 Hour Hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL and her 200 Hour Kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in Prenatal, Restorative, Yin, and Radiant Child Yoga. Jenny's classes focus on the mind and meditation, healing the body through asana, and uplifting the spirit through inspiration.
YOGA IN THE WOODS AT BLACKWOLF RUN
4:15–5:15pm | Fridays throughout the Summer
9–10:15am | Saturdays throughout the Summer
Immerse yourself in nature while connecting to mind, body, and spirit through an All Levels Vinyasa Flow.
Class will meet in front of the Blackwolf Run Golf Course Clubhouse. Your instructor will meet you there and guide you on a 10 minute walk through the woods to the outdoor yoga platform. After class, your instructor will walk you back up to the clubhouse.
Weather call will be made by 6pm the night before. Class may be cancelled if temperature lower than 55 or more than a 50% chance of rain/lightening or high winds. No class on Friday, July 4th.
STAND-UP PADDLEBOARD YOGA ON WOOD LAKE
Select Fridays & Sundays throughout the Summer
Guests will meet the instructor at Yoga on the Lake, where we’ll cover basic water and paddle safety, set off for a calm and serene spot on the lake, and be led through a gentle all-levels sequence with options for amplifications.
This class will challenge your strength and balance while also providing a serene space for connecting with nature. Prior yoga experience is recommended but not required. Flotation devices will be provided, but participants must be able to swim.
Attire: Dress as you would as if going for a run, based on temperature. Wear synthetic/technical materials. No cotton or wool clothing. You may want a cap and sunglasses. Barefoot or lightweight/water footwear.
SUNRISE YOGA IN THE MEDITATION GARDEN

Join us for yoga in the meditation garden just North of Yoga on the Lake and connect to the divine spirit of the outdoors through the practice of yoga and breath. If inclement weather occurs, class will be held in the main studio.

Let Yoga on the Lake come to you. We offer private yoga sessions customized to fit your age and group size. We work will all age groups and fitness backgrounds, including beginner yoga, partner yoga and yoga for athletes. Yoga is a great way to meet new people, increase confidence, flexibility and focus. Yoga on the Lake offers specialized classes geared for toddlers, kids, tweens, teens and adults.

Let Yoga on the Lake come to you. Bring some Zen to the middle of your workday. We offer private yoga sessions customized to fit your needs and group size. Mats and music are available upon request.
