YOGA, KARMA, & THE COSMOS
Saturday, April 11 | 2:30–4:30pm
Yoga is part of the Vedic wisdom tradition that includes Jyotish, the science of light. Jyotish is often called Vedic Astrology and uses Sidereal astronomy
calculations, the accurate map of the cosmos, which differentiates it from the tropical astrology popular in the West. Yoga and Jyotish together give us a remarkably clear understanding of the nature of Karma, Dharma, and support us in aligning with the most elegant expression of ourselves.
This workshop will be a wisdom talk and open discussion on the nature of reality from the Yogic perspective.

The experience then shifts inward with reflective practices that illuminate your patterns of self-talk and how they shape your confidence, connection, and potential.
By bringing together embodied communication and personal introspection, this workshop empowers you to understand how you show up in the world, elevate your relationships, and unlock a more aligned, expressive version of yourself. Tap into your True Potential.

SPRING AWAKENING YOGA
Saturday, April 25 | 2–3:30pm
Spring Awakening: From Cocoon to Creation
Winter invites us inward.
It wraps us in stillness, reflection, and quiet becoming.
But beneath the surface, something has been stirring.
As the earth softens and the light returns, we too begin to thaw. The energy that felt dormant is not gone, it is waiting. Waiting to move. Waiting to create.
In this seasonal Kundalini workshop, we will gently awaken the body and clear stagnant winter energy through breathwork, rhythmic movement, meditation, and sound.
SEEDS OF INTENTION: YOGA + SEEDLING WORKSHOP
Sunday, April 26 | 2–3:30pm | $45 Non-Members | $35 Members
In this all-levels vinyasa practice, students are invited to slow down and connect with what they’re ready to nurture in their lives.
We begin by taking a moment of quiet reflection to choose a personal intention—something meaningful, something tender, something ready to grow.
Throughout class, we explore the themes of roots, intentions, and growth.
Grounding postures help us feel the unseen support beneath us—mirroring how roots quietly grow beneath the surface, gathering strength long before anything is visible above the earth.
Following class, participants will be invited to plant a seedling in a take home pot, symbolizing the ongoing care your intention will need long after you step off your mat.
Every time you water these seeds, you are nourishing the intention you planted.
